The Pawn Shop shows on cable drive me crazy. It's not the concept of the shows, it's the fact that their titles are a play on words. Pawn inserted for Porn. Pawn Stars. Hardcore Pawn. I thought shooting a parody of them would be easy and went down the list of ways we could do it; Gay Pawn, Mature Pawn, Simpsons Cartoon Pawn. Then we thought Kiddie Pawn would be funny and kind of like 'The Landlord'. Thanks for watching.
