WILLIAM and the TRADESMEN (trailer)
This is the trailer for "William and the Tradesmen," a solo show written and performed by Eli James.
British indie rock icons Morrissey, Joe Strummer, and Paul Weller come to life through the eyes of Will Bray, a New York songwriter determined to save his simpering music career from oblivion. With a crucial deadline approaching, he convinces the lead singers from The Smiths, The Clash and The Jam to cram twenty years of rock star experience into four weeks of total panic.
"William and the Tradesmen" has been performed at numerous venues around NYC, including Ars Nova, La Mama, The NYC International Fringe Festival, and The Drilling Company with Project: Theater.
