Yamara Taylor is a Los Angeles based comedy writer and performer. She's a graduate of UCLA's School of Film and Television who has studied sketch writing and improv at UCBTLA since 2007. She's a writer on the Maude Team, The Get Go, and serves on the UCBTLA Diversity Program Committee. Other UCBTLA credits include Sketch Cram, Not too Shabby, The Black History Month Show, and more! 
Yamara's writing credits include:  Adult Swim's The Boondocks,  Nickelodeon's How to Rock, Nickelodeon's Awesomeness TV, Nick at Nite's Instant Mom and several independently produced television series. She has appeared on Awesomeness TV and  IFC's, Comedy Bang Bang. 
Currently, Yamara is a writer on black-ish.
