James Eason has appeared in the films The Music Never Stopped, The Queen of Media, Astonishing X-Men: Gifted, Joseph's Wives, and Running with Scissors. He has also appeared on ABC's Happy Endings, NBC's Kidnapped, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and Comedy Central's The Upright Citizens Brigade. He studied improv with each of the four UCB, Armando Diaz, Kevin Mullaney, TJ & Dave, and members of the Annoyance Theater. He has also studied acting at Atlantic Theatre School, T. Schrieber Studios, Tom Todoroff Studios, and with Bob Krakower. James is a founding member of the long-running UCB improv team Mother, who created the Sleep Over and Soundtrack. He has also performed with other notable groups/shows in New York (Harold Night, Cagematch, Neutrino Video Projects, Gravid Water, The Deconstruction, Tiny Spectacular, The Armando Diaz Experience, Ms. Jackson, et al).
