Daniel Berson is an actor, writer and director born and raised in the great state of Denver, Colorado. He has a degree in English and in Theater Studies from Yale University, where he directed his improv group, the Yale Ex!t Players. In addition to UCBTLA, Daniel has studied improv at UCBTNY, IO Chicago, and The Groundlings. His comedy shorts have been featured on Funny or Die, College Humor, Gawker, and Huffington Post. In 2010, a video of him yelling in his underwear made him a minor celebrity in South Korea, where he appeared on the radio, the front page of Yahoo, and on network television. Stateside credits include Fresh Off the Boat (ABC), Don't Trust the B--- in Apt. 23 (ABC), Wedding Band (TBS), War Dogs, and the upcoming feature The Tale (HBO). Daniel also runs an educational media production company, which in addition to teaching Gap employees the best way to fold shirts, has developed online resources that help couples with their relationships. He was a member of Harold teams Mister Town City and DIRT, and Mess Hall teams High Five City and Biscuits.
