Leila Cohan-Miccio
Leila Cohan-Miccio is a New York-based comedian. She is the co-creator/writer of Vag Magazine, a web comedy that goes behind the scenes of a hipster third-wave feminist magazine. Vag Magazine has been written up everywhere from Salon to the New York Observer. Leila also wrote Pig: A Restaurant and co-wrote The Bachelor: Romance, Roses, and Romance, currently running at UCB, as well the sketch show This Is About Smith, which enjoyed a six month run in 2010 and was an official selection of SketchFest NYC. She is proud to be a current member of Stone Cold Fox, UCB's first-ever weekend house sketch team, and to have written twenty shows with former Maude team High Treason. Leila started studying at UCB in 2007 and has worked with teachers like Neil Casey and Joe Wengert. She is now a teacher herself. Leila regularly performs stand-up across New York City.When not doing comedy, Leila works as a freelance lifestyle writer. She is a proud Smith alum, a wicked Masshole, and better than you at Jeopardy.
