Jonny Svarzbein
Jonny Svarzbein is a writer/performer who was born in El Paso, TX. In college, he began working as a stand-up comedian and was a member of "Comedy Corner" at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He began studying at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC and then moved to LA where he continued his studies under such awesome people as Matt Walsh, Ian Roberts, Sean Conroy, Billy Merritt, Neil Campbell, Chad Carter, Danielle Schneider and Joe Wengert, amongst others. UCB credits include the Maude team Bonafide (Writer), Rough Cut - The Improvised Movie, Tournament of Nerds, UCBT-LA 3 on 3 Tournament, Lets Do This, Sketch Cram and Cagematch, where he is the official improv analyst. He can also be seen around LA performing with the indie improv groups, Imaginary Friends, Hefty Baby 2011 and Thunderstruck, among several others and co-hosts Tuesday Night Thunder, along with Jonathan Smith and Harrison Brown, an indie improv venue for the UCB community to perform and hang out. www.tntimprov.com
