Tim Kalpakis

Tim Kalpakis is an American comedy writer. His writing credits include IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang!, Comedy Central's Between Two Ferns: A Fairytale of New York, the 2010 MTV Movie Awards with Aziz Ansari, the 2009 MTV Movie Awards with Andy Samberg, and Ham Hat.

Tim is a founding member of the Los Angeles sketch group The Birthday Boys [thebirthdayboys.com]. He is a writing teacher at the UCB Training Center and has been performing at UCBTLA since 2006, with shows like Hotdoggin', Comedy Death-Ray, Bob Odenkirk's Not Inappropriate Show, and Charlyne Yi's Music Box. Tim has appeared on Conan and at the Montreal "Just for Laughs" Festival, The LA Comedy Festival, and UCB's Ultimate Comedy Bash, as well as the New York, Chicago, and Seattle Sketchfests. He has performed at the San Francisco Sketchfest both with The Birthday Boys and with Bob Odenkirk's sketch group Gentlemen's Club.

The Birthday Boys can be seen at UCBTLA performing a brand new sketch show the first Wednesday of every month with A Kiss From Daddy.
