Lee Rubenstein is a writer for the Maude team 27 Kidneys. He started doing comedy in small town Connecticut, learning from the incomparable Chris Polack. He then moved small town Ohio and was a member and director of the improv team Primitive Streak. For a brief time Lee lived in small town England and struggled through the language barrier while performing with the Oxford Imps. Keeping the the small town streak alive, he ended up in New York City.
