Matty Smith is a writer and performer originally from Phoenix, Arizona, where it helps to have a sense of humor to survive. After studying stuff at Stanford University, he moved to Los Angeles with hopes of creating the next Two and a Half Men . He'd also be really good at playing Iron Man should Robert Downey Jr. not be available for the next movie. Matty has studied sketch and improv comedy with the UCB, iO West, and Groundlings theatres in Los Angeles. He writes for Maude team Up, Up, Up! and can be seen performing with his UCB Harold team Swanzey. He also wrote and stars in the runaway blockbuster smash mainstream hit cult favorite Matty & Jack: Adventure to Adventure Mountain at the UCB in addition to writing and performing for Sketch Cram , UC-Bar , Dirtiest Sketch in LA, Billy Merritt's Make That Sandwich! , and more.
