John Robert Wilson

John Robert has been studying at the UCBT since early 2006. He has trained under many regular UCBT Performers such as Eric Scott, Curtis Gwinn, Chris Gethard, Billy Merritt, Doug Moe and Kevin Hines; as well as UCB Founders Matt Walsh and Ian Roberts. He appeared in the political improv show The Spin and is currently trying his comedy wrestling moves with the UCBW in Cagematch! He is also a member of the independent improv comedy supergroup Thank You, Robot.

His prodcution credits include short videos for maxim.com, blender.com, rejectedjokes.com, superdeluxe.com and moveon.org. His sketch performance credits include videos for LandlineTV, Quiet Library and comedycentral.com.  He  has also directed and written for several late night variety shows at the UCB Theatre.

John Robert is a native Louisianian and a webby award winning software developer.  You can catch him appearing in bit parts from time to time on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
