Oscar Magallanes

[headshot]Oscar Magallanes was born in Mexico and raised in Tucson, Arizona. After dropping out of Architecture school a few credits shy of his degree ( please don’t remind his parents) he spent some time in the beautiful city of San Francisco - moving to New York City in 2005. Oscar is sure he’s forgotten the original reason why he moved to NYC, but it was a month into his stay in the Big Apple where he found himself at the UCB Theatre. A week after his mind was blown he began taking improv classes. Since then he has studied under Seth Morris, Billy Merritt, Anthony King, Michael Delaney, Chris Gethard, and Christina Gausus. He can’t imagine doing anything else! Oscar is super proud to be on the new UCB Harold Team, Bastian. He likes the color blue and remembers how people smell.
