Ari Scott is a writer, performer and pianist at UCB Theatre. She currently writes for the Maude team THUNDER GULCH. She has been studying and performing at UCB Theatre since 2005, appearing with former Maude team MIXTAPE '98 and in the UCB shows PALIN FAMILY ALL-STAR REVUE AND ELECTION SPECTACULAR, ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?, SUNNY-SIDE UP, THE DIRTIEST SKETCH SHOW, SONGS IN THE KEY OF F*#K YOU and many class shows.

Ari appears in the web series REBOUND GUYS and in the short film FOUND, both of which can been seen on ucbcomedy.com.

As a pianist, Ari performs with Hot Lather's long-running soap opera AS THE DIAMOND BURNS and several independent musical improv groups. She has also accompanied I Eat Pandas and Baby Wants Candy. Her current musical project is a tumblog called Music From My Living Room.

Ari spent several years as a performing singer/songwriter in New York City. She is an avid photographer and loves dogs.
