Ari Scott is proud to be an actor and writer on the UCB Maude team mixtape '98. She has studied and performed at UCB since 2005, appearing in ImproVerite, Sunny-Side Up, The Subject, Improvised One Acts and -- most proudly -- both the Dirtiest Sketch Show and the Dirtiest Song Show.

She has also provided piano accompaniment for Hot Lather's As The Diamond Burns, Hump The Shark and Sunny-Side Up.

Ari had her first taste of improv in 1988 at a children's acting school called Way Off Broadway where she mastered Zip Zap Zoop as well as commercial copy for Ragu's Tomato Sauce. In the 90's she briefly studied shortform improv but has spent the bulk of the past decade as a singer and songwriter, releasing an album in 2002 and an EP in 2004.

Happily taking on the occasional music project, Ari has provided theme songs for rejectedjokes.com and ucbcomedy.com's Life Frite. Ari enjoys photography and collecting worthless old pennies. Her favorite sitcom is The Honeymooners.
