Joe Spellman

Joe Spellman is an actor and writer currently living in New York. Born in Staten Island. Raised in Cheshire, CT. Joe Spellman has been performing all his life. He graduated from Hofstra University, where he acted in many different stage productions. Sick of that, he decided to do improv, and has been taking classes at the UCB since 2005. He has studied under Chris Gethard, Billy Merritt, Michael Delaney, Jason Mantzoukas, and Matt Walsh. Currently, Joe is involved in the UCBTâ€™s Maude Night, where he writes and performs with his sketch team iBadger, in a brand new sketch show every month. Joe is also a proud member of the improv groups Death League Tea Party and Sherpa. He enjoys playing poker and eating.
