Emily Maya Mills

[headshot] Emily Maya Mills is an actor, comic and writer originally from San Francisco. She is a graduate of Emerson College and a proud member of the UCB Maude team, Hot Mess (SF SketchFest, 2011). Her three-woman sketch group, Birds of Prey, was recently named Best Sketch Group by PunchlineMagazine.com. With regular collaborator Brandon Johnson, Emily has produced and co-hosted several variety shows for the theatre, including The Roast of Baby Jesus, The Religion Show and The Freedom Show. Other UCB credits include Comedy Death Ray, Jeff Garlin's Combo Platter, The Charlyne Yi Show, Brett Gelman's Human Garbage (SF SketchFest, 2011) and many more.

Recently, the HuffingtonPost lauded Emily as a "Funny Female to Follow on Twitter" and theFrisky.com named her an "Up-and-Coming Comedienne You Should Be Laughing At." She's said stuff on Conan, Ellen, The Life and Times of Tim, Childrens' Hospital and Derek & Simon: The Show, directed by Bob Odenkirk. She's also known to have a real cute dog that walks like a pony.

Emily Maya Mills once opened for Tom Arnold at The Laugh Factory for a USC sorority buy-out. She won.
