Ellie Kemper
Ellie Kemper is a woman actor and writer living in New York City. She has been improvising all of her adult life, which began –– too soon –&ndash at age 12. Ellie's television credits include Late Night With Conan O'Brien , Fuse's The P.A , and her breakout role in Gastineau Girls , starring opposite the ageless Lisa Gastineau. She has been in several national commercials and has also lent her voice to a Dunkin' Donuts radio spot airing in Tampa and Cleveland. She is grateful for the $18.37 made from that, and for the two Old Navy shirts purchased with it.
Ellie is a contributor to McSweeney's and The Onion and has written numerous sketch shows with her comedy partner, Scott Eckert. Past shows at UCB include Death and/or Despair , Listen Kid , Gang Bang , and The Improvised Mystery . She was a member of Mailer Daemon and currently performs on Tuesday nights with her no-limits Harold team, fwand. Those are freckles on her face, not dirt.
