Alison Bennett

Alison Bennett is a writer and performer who lives in New York City. She has written comedy for MTV and is a Contributing Writer for the new College Humor website Jest.com [jest.com]. She is currently in the cast of "This Is Not A Sketch Show: A Sketch Show" at UCBNY.

Alison is an alum of the Upright Citizens Brigade [ucbtheatre.com] “Maude Night” program. She wrote and performed in over 30 sketch shows for the house teams GORILLA GORILLA and Arbuckle.

She has also been a part of in the UCBNY shows Celebrity Funeral: Matthew McConaughey, Celebrity Funeral: Sarah Jessica Parker, Celebrity Funeral: Mariah Carey, The Brooks Brothers Clambake, Dean Martin Presents Dean Martin’s Celebrity Roast (Sammy Davis, Jr.), NY Academy of Talent Showcase for Industry (and Parents), Iron Man 2 Premiere Party at Avengers Mansion and many more.

Alison received her BFA in drama from Syracuse University.
