Gary Rudoren
Gary co-authored the humor bible, COMEDY BY THE NUMBERS (published by McSweeneys) with Eric Hoffman.  CBTN is now also a Book-On-Tape CD! (produced by AST Records) featuring many top comedians reading selections from the book.  He is an alumni ensemble member of Chicago’s Annoyance Theatre and has also taught and directed at The Second City in Chicago.  Some of the plays he’s co-written/directed include; AYN RAND GIVES ME A BONER; GOD IN A BOX; THE IDIOTIC DEATH OF TWO FOOLS; HISTORICAL/HYSTERICAL; A HUGE HORRIBLE FAILURE; I’M 27, I STILL LIVE AT HOME AND I SELL OFFICE SUPPLIES; JIM CARRANE IS LIVING IN A DWARF'S HOUSE; ONE-MAN SEEN; and THE ATE MONOLOGUES.  His play SO, I KILLED A FEW PEOPLE was published in “Plays & Playwrights For The New Millennium†and has been performed on 3 of the top 7 continents.  He is currently a teacher / director at The Magnet Theater in NYC.  Gary lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and 2-year old twins who provide him with an enormous amount of material. He doesn’t sleep much.Â
