Dan Bookbinder

Dan is a writer and performer who has been with the UCB theatre since 2003. While an undergraduate at Rutgers, Dan performed with the College Ave Players and was a founding member of the sketch troupe, Runaway Shortbus. He also co-wrote and produced, Wasteland, winner of Best Student Feature at the New York International Film and Video Festival. Since graduating, he has worked for VH1, A&E, History, and Lifetime. He has appeared on MTV, The NFL Network, and the Colbert Report. His UCB credits include People Party, Cafe Verge, The All-New Super Fun Pak Mystery/Adventure Hour, Holiday Spectacular, Vincent Price Jr. Presents, and One Night Stand, as well as the original shows "I am a F-ing Professional," "Library of Horror" and "We Need to Talk." He has written for Toyfare Magazine and LandlineTV, and was a member of the teams Choking Victim, 27 Kidneys, and currently, Gorilla Gorilla.
