Jess Lane

Jess Lane has been performing and writing comedy in New York City since 2002. She has studied with Armando Diaz, James Eason, Anthony King, Curtis Guinn, Christina Gausas, Charlie Todd, Ed Herbstman, and many more.

Jess performs weekly at the Magnet Theater with her house team “Featherweight.” Her most recent project is teen rap-sensation “Mizz Miraculous”, appearing in her own musical at the Magnet Theater, and at open mics and variety shows all over NYC.

Her comedy web series are featured on Channel101.com, and her performances in shows like "Chicks in the City", "Me and My Cat", and "101 Plaza" have earned her the honor of Best Actress two years in a row at the Channel 101 New York Channy Awards. Jess can also be seen in the infamous "Ikea Heights" and the Dan Harmon-created "Water and Power".

As a stand-up comedian, Jess has performed all over NY and LA, at Comix, the Creek, the UCB Theater, and many more locations that you have never heard of.
