Leon and Andy

Andy Fisher and Leon Mandel have been writing, performing,
and making films together for nearly ten years.

Andy has appeared in films as a whore (see right), an Oompa
Loompa version of Jim Morrison, and a bottle of water. Leon
has taken a turn as Weezy Jefferson, Wigger Jesus, and a giant
Victorian testicle.

Leon (Leonid actually) was born in Moldova, part of the
former USSR, and honed his comic timing by
interviewing peasant women about Perestroika with a
fake American accent.

Andy, on the other hand, was raised in the shopping mall-
sized town of Flower Mound, TX - aptly named for
an indiscriminate tuft of dirt that once had flowers growing
on it.

Small town boy in the big city, and Soviet immigrant turned
capitalist swine, the two have forged a creative partnership
known as wee pirate films.
